What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that I am very compassionate, understanding and patient. I became a caregiver because most of the females in my family are in the medical field so basically I was born into it and I also like taking care of people and assisting families when they are not available. What I like about being a caregiver there are many challenges and always new things to learn , everyone is different which motivates me even more. My personal achievement was going back to school full time and working 60 hours a week while doing so.
