Hello! I'm Hailey & I have been doing health care work professionally for three years. I got started in the field when my special needs sister was born. She had a genetic brain mutation and was the cause of me learning most of the skills I still use today. I would see all the caregivers and nurses come in and out of our house, and saw the relief she was providing for my family which made me know I needed to get into this field. I work with every person as if they are family. I love to push clients to reach their goals, even if it's just something as simple as turning their head towards me. I've seen the small steps be the most important, and the largest be the least impactful. I just want to help people and help better their situation.
