I think what makes me a great caregiver is being very compassionate and loving all my residents . I am very strong willed and I love to make sure all of my clients or residents are treated like family. I go above and beyond for all of their needs will help to the best of my ability. I became a caregiver because when I lost my grandpa, I feel they didn't do their all to keep him alive, so I wanted to helped people as much as I can. My favorite thing about being a caregiver is the things they go back and tell their family. Knowing you do a great job is the most rewarding feeling. A personal achievement that I proud of would have to be this job. It's one of my greatest accomplishments & I will forever love this job and be proud of the change I can make to make peoples lives better and more comfortable.
