1. I became a caregiver to give my services back to the elder. I was brought up by 3 elder grandparent, one of whom was a midwife / Caregiver. 2. What I like about being a caregiver is being able to help those in need. 3. My personal achievement that I am proud of is completing the Phlebotomy Course in April that I was in at Schoolcraft College. 4. I'm have always displayed the need to help others, I attend Schoolcraft college where I am finishing the Medical Assistant Program. I have already completed my certificate in Phlebotomy. I have did home care for over 10yrs for 3 ladies. One was an laryngectomy patient from the ages 76- 82 her death in a nursing home, and the other was a diabetic with a leg amputation from the age of 55-59 . Finally, a bipolar, schizophrenia obesity women that was mobile and care was from the age of 52-55. All patients was provided with bathing, food prep, dressing and tubing changes, grooming, medication management. Also minimum traveling locally
