I'm empathetic and compassionate, respectful, and understanding. My 10 plus years working with the elderly makes me a great fit. I have always since a little girl knew I wanted to work with the elderly, because of my relationship with my grandmother and also just helping the older people in my neighborhood if it was checking their mail, water the plants, taking the trash out and must importantly just a listing ear.
