I am a great caregiver because I have many different skills working with a variety of different types of clients for the past 9 yrs. I've worked with disabled, special needs, elderly care. I current work for Corewell health ( formally Beaumont Hospital) as a contingent caregiver and looking to expand. My family is a healthcare family, so naturally I looked up to my elders and see the change they made in people's lives. I've learn so much about myself and my big heart since being in health care and it is no longer just a job to me. It is my calling and makes me feel blessed to be of service to others in need. My favorite part about being a caregiver is learning different topics about people's life experiences and sometimes applying the knowledge to my life now. I get the best stories and advice from doing elderly care. I am proud of how I actually enjoy getting a connection with different people from different walks of life and to know sometimes people just want companionship and I love spending time with people who have lived such long, beautiful lives and their experiences and knowledge will always be priceless to me.
