I've been working in this field for about 6 years now and I love it because not a lot of people like working in this field because of the poop the pee and residents being mean but its totally the opposite for me I enjoy helping and motivating my residents and laughing and making sure their happy I have a 7 yr old daughter that loves coming to the assistant living homes to work with me and the residents absolutely love her and make them happy I'm also cpr and first aid certified
