What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that genuinely care about the people I work with. I put myself in the shoes of others and think carefully about their situation. The reason I became a caregiver is because I believe that people deserve to be taken care of properly. In my lifetime, I've witnessed countless examples of neglect, hardship, and loneliness. But being a mother of three has taught me how to be a provider of love, care, an open ear, and a strong shoulder to lean on.
