I am a great caregiver because I am caring, patient, open minded, bubbly, self motivated, punctual, understanding and passionate about being a blessing and making positive impacts on the lives of those in need of care and those providing care but may be overwhelmed with the process. I became a caregiver when my Grandmother became ill until her dying day I never left her side and got a warm comforting feeling like none other when I helped her do the daily things she could no longer do for herself. I am a naturally caring person, I am always trying to help the next person in any way I can. I enjoy the feeling of knowing I am being an assistance to something positive. I love the fact that I can do a highly demanding job that challenges not only me but the patient as well to want better for themselves for more than just a paycheck. A personal achievement I am proud of is that this career taught me how to be selfless, kind and patient to every one. I know my life could be like one of the people I care for and I want them to know that they are not alone and that there are still genuine people in the world that want to see others be great as a team!
