My name is Ashleigh and I am a very compassionate, caring and well educated caregiver who treats each and every patient with excellent care. I'm a Christian woman who loves God and treats everyone with love. I have 6 plus years of experience in the health care field. I just have a passion for helping others and I genuinely want to see others in great health and doing well. What I enjoy most about being a care provider is how I've developed so many meaningful relationships wit the patients. They become like family and I just always want to see them smiling and happy. While doing home health care and working in a Rehabilitation Center I have provided assistance in areas such as Cooking, Cleaning, Lifting, Bathing, Laundry, Range of Motion, ADL's, Mobility Assistance, House Cleaning, Companionship, Meal Preparation, Medication reminder, Doctor appointments, Errands-Odd Jobs and keeping the patient engaged in different fun activities. I have experience caring for patients that have suffered from serious Brain iInjuries, Obesity , Alzheimer's, Dementia , Parkinson's Disease, Diabetes, Depression , Falls, Feeding Tubes, Catheters, and Neuropathy. As an employee at Eisenhower Center I cared for different clients with extreme brain injuries. They ranged from the elderly to young youthful teenagers. I developed a very close relationship with the clients while helping aid them to better health. I have a passion for helping and caring for individuals. * While I was at Eisenhower I performed various task, as in cooking, cleaning, lifting, bathing, laundry, sorting, doctor appointments, assisting with transfers, assisting with feeding tubes, range of motion assistance, catheters, assisting with stoma bags, assisting with wound care and as well as home visits and much more. Our assignment was always to keep a positive atmosphere and to just engage in different activities such as board games, game systems, card games or even taking the client for a fresh breath of air.
