I am a former teacher of special needs students and have always enjoyed working with the elderly in many of my part time jobs. Now as a semi-retired teacher, I enjoy providing in home health care to elderly people to help them stay as independent as possible in their own homes. My personality is positive and bubbly, and some people say "I bring sunshine wherever I go". I enjoy listening to peoples life stories, and sharing my stories too. Caregiving with elderly folks comes natural to me, and I enjoy knowing I am making a difference in their lives as well as giving their families peace of mind. I have worked with both male and female clients, and also have several years of experience in hospice care. My heart is being a Caregiver!
