I became a caregiver because I knew that I had a passion for working with the elderly. I grew to love and enjoy caring for them in their most times of need. I was then given the challenge To work with mentally and physically disable residents. I go to work everyday for the enjoyment of my residents and to see the different personalities. Breaking the communication barriers between my fellow staff and vocally challenged residents has been my greatest achievement. I bring a sense of home and love to my place of employment.
