Common tasks listed on a Group Home Manager resume include overseeing daily operations, developing budgets, hiring and training staff, scheduling employees, and implementing programs for residents. On top of that I did a lot of in home work with the individuals as well! Anywhere from full assist to just verbal reminders. Medication administration, showering, meal preparation, planning and taking them out on outings, grocery shopping, clothes shopping, there is so much more and this type of work in any setting is just a very up lifting job. Getting to know the people you work for and support and treating them like your own family is such a rewarding feeling
