What believe makes me such an excellent caregiver is my patience and my ability to multitask when needed. I also think because I enjoy what I do and because my heart is 100% dedicated to my work. The reason why I chose health care and plan to stay in healthcare is because the ones needing care did not ask to be in the condition they are in but have no choice but to live. And my father has a TBI and I see the lack of help in health care so knowing there's a high demand I chose wisely. I enjoy doing this sort of work because I find it very rewarding at the end of my shift knowing how grateful anyone I care for is. I hope one day if I ever need a caregiver that he / she will be as gentle, nurturing, and as patient as I am. In the future I do plan to go back to school and further my nursing education.
