Hi, I'm Kali! I'm passionate about helping and serving others in any way I can. Most of my experience that would be most similar to caregiver role has been from more of a behavior modification standpoint in a residential treatment center where I helped teens learn life and coping skills to help them succeed in life. My favorite role I've ever had was as a training leader where I got to help my team grow as a whole by investing time with each individual team member, helping them to grow and achieve their goals. I'm excited to be a caregiver because I find joy in helping people to feel important, helping them to be capable and confident in themselves, or even in just helping to make things easier or less stressful for them. I am interested and willing to learn any skill needed and am driven in my goal to get better and better at all the ways to bless and care for others.
