Respond to and resolve on the first call, patient service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility and claims, and correspondence ● Intervene with care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the patient’s to assist with infusion scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance when needed ● Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the patient in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow- up with the patient ● Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve patient issues and or partner with others to resolve escalated issues ● Complete Medicare forms for patients when required to get the necessary supplies needed to complete their infusions ● Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests ● Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance

Administrating and verifying the correct medicines to the boys according to their medicine charts · Guiding and helping the boys with their daily chores, exercise, and their hygiene · Balancing and budgeting the books for the boys on a monthly basis · Performed training for CPR and Level 1 med Aid certificates · Documented daily logs of what the boys ate, activities performed, and the meds that were given in the computer and the boy’s activity log according to the states requirements · Doing a walk through to make sure the boys rooms are clean and the chores are done before they go to bed and school · Monitoring the boys on daily outing’s and activities · Transporting clients out in the community for daily activities · Filling in for other staff if they are unable to work their scheduled shift · Going house shopping for groceries, personal hygiene, and household items monthly · Completing household checklist’s for anything needed for the house · Attending monthly house and company meetings · Conducting monthly and yearly reviews for my employees · Scheduling and providing transportation for appointments
