I love and enjoy taking care of individuals. I have a loving spirit, out going personality and communicates well with all levels of employment. I enjoy helping others and giving them a since of pride. My love of people gives me the advantage of most, because individuals can trust and adapt to me quickly. I am proud that for 10 years I ran a daycare business and finding the need to want to help the elderly or individuals with a disability came form my best friend having a mild stroke and needed my assistant. With her being my assistant at the daycare, I had to very important achievements to accomplish daily, one was caring for the kids in our care, second was to make sure she gain the pride and confidence she needed to help her with her healing process. Although not all individuals will heal, as long as their hearts are in the right spirit, my goal is met. I am very dependable and very eager to achieve satisfaction on all levels. My goal is not to please myself, but to make sure those around me are happy and well taken care of.
