I care for a couple who wishes to age in place. Until recently they were both in relatively good health. He became wheelchair bound within weeks of my accepting the position as he fell several times prior to me coming on board. He spent a month in the hospital and in a rehabilitation center. He is now walking again with the assistance of a walker. His spouse has COPD and gets tired very easily and most recently fractured her spine. I meal prep, clean, run errands, make them comfortable, serve them meals, assist with toileting & bathing when necessary. I dispense medications and medication prompt.
