I became a caregiver to care for sick people that need a special person to help care for and assist them if they are not able to help themselves. I like being a caregiver because I have the opportunity to care for many patients. Learning to cope with different patients and different needs. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I learned down through the years that there are no two patients alike and that each has to be care for in a different way. I have been working as a nurse assistant for over twenty years. I worked home health, hospice, sitter, office assistant manager, office assistant, medical records, in hospitals, and in nursing homes. I am pretty much equipped for this type of work because I love what I do.
