At this job I wait/serve on the residents that reside in this community. I ensure they know where they sit, take their drink and food orders, and then bring those food and drinks to them. Not only that, but I listen to the things they want/need and make sure they don't order something that they might be allergic to and also ensure they have a great experience. As an EVS worker, it is my job to come to work presentable, go to the floor I am assigned on and clean all occupied rooms. Going into rooms with patients requires good customer service skills and I also have to make sure I clean the rooms properly for the safety of everyone. I am also required to go to discharges I am paged to and clean the room for the next patient.
