Hey , my name is Ebony Burton . I am a 28 year old who has a very caring compassion for elderly patients. I have 3 kids , all are girls. I have been doing care giving for almost 6 years . I love it . I enjoy cleaning , cooking , helping my clients , assisting them in daily living activities and everything that they desire.

I have been a CNA for 12 years. I enjoy helping and taking care of other. It has been my passion since I lot my mother.

I am a very empathetic, caring person by nature. I enjoy taking care of people. Most of my clients in the past have fallen in love with me from the very beginning because they feel they can trust me to give and get the best care possible for them. And I take pride in my work and go above and beyond to make sure my little folks are completely cared for the very best I can.

In 2009 my mother became sick it took us 3 years to finally get a diagnosis. In that time I took care of her 3 years later we found out she had Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis. I moved her in with me and took care of her 24 hours a day she past away 4 months later and I have felt that being able to help someone is my calling. It warms my heart to make someone's day. Thru the journey with my mom I learned a lot from hospice.

I have been working with the elderly (at the hospital and homecare -caregiver) since 2004. I received my CNA/CPR licenses in the year of 2006 I worked in the hospital and with hospice and moved onto fulltime elderly caregiver. I love working with the elderly providing loving care each day. I can provide references upon contact with present and past families. I assist clients that are still able to get around to church activities, hair appointments, doctor appointments , take them to pay bills and shopping. I assist with cooking meals in there home or getting take out food upon family request. I have bingo games for in home activities, and study the bible with the clients. I try to provide them with day to day normal activities as much as they can do and provide end of time comfort care as the time comes. I look forward to hearing from you and God Bless. I believe I am a good care giver because I treat people the way I would love to be treated if I were in they shoes. One thing that attracted me to being a good caregiver was helping people and being there when they needed me. I enjoy being able to cherish the little moments with my patients and seeing them happy. My personal achievement is being a good person.
