I have 18+ years experience as a LNA/ CNA/MA/Housekeeper. I am CPR/BLS and First Aid certified. I have worked in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Homecare and Hospice. A majority of my clients have been diagnosed with Dementia. I have alot of extended learning learning hours with Alzheimer's. I absolutely love working with seniors. I can't imagine doing anything else in this life. I have been out on my own for, five years now, I love the one on one contact of homecare. Integrity is the word I use to describe myself. I'm a very caring compassionate person. My life is all about helping others whether through care giving or life experience . I have been in the care giving field in some capacity for over 20 years. I believe the elderly and disabled have a special job on this planet to teach patience and remind others to slow down. If I ever need help in the future I hope that someone is there to assist me.

I've been in the caregiving field for 17 years. I started out volunteering in a nursing home and then went from that to live in Care. I have worked extensively in in-home care and at small group homes and big facilities as well. I've worked with a wide variety of clients and conditions. I have a passion for helping people and want to be there for those that don't have anybody else. I'm able to genuinely care but separate myself at the same time, which has made me very good at my job. I care about the quality of care that our patients receive and always do my best to improve their lives to the best of my ability when I work with people.

I became a caregiver because it's my passion!! I love to please others so they can live the best quality of life possible. I love the social interaction that is also involved with caregiving. My biggest achievement thus far that I'm most proud of (besides my my 2 children) is being noticed for my hard work and dedication at my last job. I was promoted to Program Coordinator and was then in charge of 9-12 employees all while getting to still do hands on works with my clients.My father was diagnosed with bladder cancer and we moved into his house so he could live the rest of his days at home on hospice. Those days were tough although VERY rewarding! I lost him 8/22/2011. I am 43 years old and a single mother of 2 ages 21 and 16. My daughter still lives in Minnesota attending MSU in Elementery Education. She graduates next fall and is hopefully moving to Arizona as well. I was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota. I decided that the subzero temps and blizzards were just not for me anymore, so I sold my home and moved to Prescott Valley! I had been here on vacation before and fell in love and knew that one day I would move here. I just moved here in June 2015

I enjoy helping people live there lives to the utmost capacity. Life is to be lived no matter what , everyday is a gift, so enjoy and live it. No matter what disability we are challenged with. We all also deserve to be treated with Love and respect.

I love being a caregiver because I am a good listener and I truly care about the person. I am attracted to being a caregiver as I have a huge desire to help other people, I enjoy helping and companionship with people. The personal achievements I am proud of is the positive comments my clients share with me and my company about my demeanor. I cannot think of any job that could give me any better satisfaction!

I became a caregiver, because I like to be of service. I have an AA degree in Mental Health and Human Services, and have worked in the field for over 25 years. I started out working Direct care and then went on to provide staff training on how best to serve a variety of individuals. What I love about care-giving is that I am able to use my skills on a one on one bases to improve the quality of life for the customer. One of the things that I am most proud of is that I had a client that everyone told me that she was unable to do anything to help herself, such as eating bathing and communicating her needs. When I worked with her in 6 moths she was able to feed herself and she was able to communicate her needs to me as well as others. Love, respect and honor moves mountains. I have years of experience in the service field and I am an excellent communicator and love to support each individual in living a life of joy and love.
