Hi my name is Betty Creech. I'm a mother of 6 young adults children and grandmother of 4 beautiful granddaughters. I have been a caregiver for over 15+ years. I love care for the elderly and children. I have been a foster mother for the pass 20 years. It one of my passion to care for other. I'm currently just went back to school to get my LVN. I love seeing the smile on there face when you help them and go above and beyond for them. I feel this is my calling for God to be a caregiver.

I become a caregiver taking care of my father his last 3 years, to know better about his illness I read books, interview friends who work on that field ( dementia), after my fathers passed , I descide to learn more about mental illness. And find a job as a profesional caregiver. Took courses and read books about Dementia and Alzheimer's illness. Then I knew that we need to be prepared and accept changes in life. I learned that elderly needs more patience, compassion and respect . Is not easy for family members like I did experience to accept or understand this changes. I fell in love taking care of elder people. And everyday I want to be better in that field and give the best of me with love and compassion.

My personality traits include being patient , optimistic, a go getter. I love what I do because I get to help people and care for them and build a bond with each individual .
