I am a very caring kind hearted person I love to help others in any way possible and that is what makes me a great caregiver. Being able to make relationships with someone I'm able to help attracted me to being a caregiver. Helping someone everyday and just knowing that your making a difference in their life is very rewarding. I enjoy being able to help others that can't do everything on their own and some people don't have families that can help them and they depend on us so that their needs are met. I'm very proud of the children I am raising they constantly show appreciation and are just so loving, kind hearted and just genuinely great kids all around.

I have almost 30 years of experience providing healthcare to seniors in nursing homes, hospice along with home healthcare. Compassion, patience along with close communication with families and healthcare providers are vital to me in providing quality care. My specialties are working with clients with Alzheimer's and dementia and hospice. I am well-equipped with handling the challenges that often face these patients. Along with the above experience, I also have provide the following: 1. Assist patients with activities for daily living such as bathing, grooming and meals. 2. Provide companionship and emotional support through activities like sewing, cooking, renting old movies, outings such as dining out, antique stores parks and museums. 3. I've been an LPN in Ga. Since 2004, I specialize in senior care,I'm CPR/ first aid certified as well, flexible, friendly and available to work lots of hours. I have worked in the private duty/home setting for several different couples, and on and off since around 2008. I am highly skilled and have excellent references, upon request. I love working with senior clients. I do everything from meal prep, bathing , grooming to medication reminders. Also taking clients to/from Dr's appointments or physical therapy. No task is too small or too great. I'm confident and I know I'm a great nurse/ caregiver, been doing this professionally for over 20 years. I have taken care of several people in their homes & in a nursing home. I like to be there to help with the elderly people in daily tasks & enter act with them, being a person they can trust to help with things like cooking & feeding them if needed. Help with bathing, groceries shopping & being a friend. I don't have my CNA license yet, but I'm willing to start in a program.
