I started as an Activities Coordinator at a Memory Care community and then advanced to become a Sales Counselor at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. I have a passion for serving seniors and especially love working with those who have neurological disease states such as Dementia or Alzheimer's. I paid (out-of-pocket) for "Core" Training to become an Executive Director at a Senior Living Community. I am looking for a part time opportunity and one that is somewhat flexible to supplement my income. I can provide reliable references as a testament to my dedication to serve the senior population! Before I discovered my passion, I was a marketing executive for 20 years.

I an a single mother of 2 girls and 3 furr babies. I began Healthcare at age 18 because my grandmother fell ill and needed 24 hour care. It ended up being a huge blessing because I found My true calling in life. I went to college for something completely different but I just wasn't passionate about that industry like I am about providing quality care. So I went back to the Healthcare industry where I'm the happiest.

I've been a CNA for over 18 years and enjoy what I do very much. I've worked private duty care for over 8 years. Im very good at what I do. I can lift, use hoyer and other transfer devices, very competent in my skills for careing for individuals. If you hire me I also have connections to other great caregivers.
