I became a caregiver because I was able to take care of my sick mother home for 4 years until it turned into Hospice care at my home. I am trustworthy with training, education, and guidance with caring for families , so they will receive emotional support and are comfortable in their environment. My compassion for patients allows me to have understanding and be attentive to their needs. I will follow set rules be punctual, and show good time - management. Quality of care and safety for patients are very important to me.

I am 22 years old. I found a passion for working with the elderly when I took on the role I have now with RSI. Not just caring for them, but I loved seeing me make an impact on their lives. I love that they wait for me at the door when I'm coming into work & how much they love to be around me. I am young and I love the fact that I can help the older generation with my bright personality and attitude. I am really proud of teaching one of my nonverbal residents sign language. He now can sign a couple phrases to communicate with me.
