Hello everyone my name is Kaneisha. I'm a very outgoing person, bubbly and love to meet new people. What makes me a a great caregiver is that I have compassion and empathy. I could always make someone feel very comfortable that's one of my specialties. As a child I always stepped up and helped my mother with my younger sister. I went to a medical high school ; Clara Barton and through there I started to volunteer and work at nursing homes and private cases because I love helping people. I believe my best qualities as a home health aide are, I treat my patients and their families the same way that I would want another caregiver to treat my family if they needed assistance. I am compassionate and I empathize with the people I assist. I have kind heart and I'm efficient in the tasks I have to do with my patient. I have a lot of energy and pay close attention to my patient. I do grocery shopping can cook meals and make a meal plan specifically for their nutritional needs based on their health. I do housekeeping, scheduling appointments for activities, program and doctors. The most rewarding experience I had in this field is just hearing a patient say thank you. I'm very active care giver. I love taking care of people that have needs. I have took care family/friends for a long time and i always wanted to continue helping people in needs. I feel good at the end of the day and its not just a job to me. Im very understanding and caring person. I'm proud of myself because I kept pushing myself and went into my own business.

I became a caregiver so I could help other people. I like having clients and learning new things in the healthcare field. I am proud of what I do as a caregiver it is a very rewarding job to have. I love the outdoors, going for walks, and spending time with my daughter and our animals.
