I've been in home care for 14+ years. I worked for Hospice for 6 years, Parkinsons, TBI, stroke, and developmental disabilities patients and etc. I love what I do because I treat all my clients like if they were my family and also the way I would like to be treated. What attract me to Homecare was when I was in high school I used to work in the nursing home. And I am proud of making my patient happy seeing a smile on a face. Especially when it comes to a client that really doesn't like to talk much or may not have much energy or excitement during their day. I learned sometimes a smile and a good joke is the best medication. I believe that's what makes me a great care giver besides the fact that I am well experienced in bed transfers to toilet/sitting device and or wheelchair as well as usage of the Hoyerlift for bedbound clients. I always had a way of making people cheer up. I had one clients family that were so happy with my service she wrote a letter to the job to Express her satisfaction with my care for her mother. She said it was my calling from God. I don't want to exaggerate my story but I have been blessed with seeing happy faces, when i arrived in the morning, to a few clients home. With most of my cases. I am definitely grateful for keeping alot of my clients healthy, happy and safe. Especially with the new pandemic their lives are so much more fragile and I hope to assist with being apart of your families Health team to aide in your family members safe and healthy recovery and or companionship.

I take care of my patient to the best of my ability I assist my patient with their daily activities such as grooming meal preparation and remind my patient to take their medications and supervise them as they do so I also do light housekeeping i Also take my client to and from their appointments I assist with simple errands such as food shopping
