Hello, I'm DaQuesha Wilson. I'm a CNA, but currently in school to become a phlebotomist also. I've been doing CNA for a quiet sometime now. My recent job required me to work with disability and special needs. I absolutely love my job title.

Being a caregiver you have to be patient and love people. I love what I do. Meeting new families and being trusted with the care of their family member shows the public and community what kind of person you are to give them such great service for their family member.

I am respectful of people's wishes and their homes. I am patient and kind and have a sense of humor. I enjoy taking care of and helping others it's very rewarding to me.

I love caring for others I strive for better & helping those that need help.. Also love to see others smile .. my personal achievement would be showing other how it feels to love nomatter what conditions their in !!

I am a dedicated hard worker who enjoys what I do very dearly. I learn quickly and can adapt to any situation I am put in. I'm always on time and willing to work the extra hours. I am effective in communication and get along with everyone I've came in contact with.

I'm a mother of four little ones. I have always been a humble and given person and i love helping others. I decided to get my cna license a couple years ago and so far I love what I do. I love interacting with the residents and getting to know them on a personal level so that I can better assist them. Every resident isn't the same and I make sure I get to know each and every one of them. I'm proud of myself because I do not plan on stopping and I plan to go for my RN this year.

I have been a caregiver the majority of my life. I enjoy it so much. Caring for others makes me happy and I enjoy being there for others as much as I can. I enjoy clenaing and cooking for others the most. I am proud to say I can cook up a great meal.

I was instilled at a cery early age, a love for geriatrics. When most children were going to after school care programs, I had talked my parents into letting me Volunteer in a local Nursing Home Activities Dept. Till they got off from work. After graduating High school at the age of 16 I was unsure of where to go with a career. I got my EMT-B certification but when a close family friend lost her husband and needed a caregiver due to MS and offered me a job I fell in love instantly with in home healthcare. I started Home is Maid. It started as In home healthcare that specialized in keeping a clean home with warm meals and great fun companionship but within past 4 years went more in the direction of organizing and deep cleaning homes mainly for elderly stuck in chaotic messes they were unable to get themselves out of. I have worked days off to sit with clients as they have passed and family was out of town as not to be alone. I hesitate calling these wonderful men and women clients or patients as they were and are so much more than that! I like to make this job fun for them by not only the classical In home healthcare but with more planned activities and organizational tracking.
