I have been a cna for 16 years .I have mostly worked in nursing homes and did some home health ...I love doing this type work and meeting different people and family's....to me this is more than just a job its about working together and understand ing each patients needs are different each person has different personality .....in this job I have learned to cope and change to different situations depending on the patients..

My mom was a cna when I was growing up, and she would take me and my sisters to her residents' houses with her. We loved to go and make them smile. I am a conversation starter and a great listener. I treat everyone differently for their own personalized care.
