Hello I have been a CNA for over 10 years. I've worked from Texas to Colorado during covid. Recently I had my first child who is 11 months already so I am finally going to settle down in one spot. I've lived in Corsicana for 17 years so this is home. I followed in my sister's footsteps who was a CNA first and in my opinion the best if I can be half as good as she was. I like the one on one time with my patients versus the nursing home environment which is fast paced very little time with each patient. I've worked in nursing homes for all 17 years either with an agency or the facility it's self. I've worked as a sitter for different families as well during my time.

I am a loving and caring individual. I have 2 children and I started caregiving at age sixteen and have been doing it for years on and off. I am dependable and responsible and I will take care of your love ones .

In Mary Elizabeth but I go by Liz. I've been a caregiver for 31years, and I have worked in many places. With my experience in health care I've grown to be very patient and understanding with clients and ive learned that with anger and frustration it can only make the situation worse. I love to talk and learn new things and being a caregiver I feel like you get to experience alot of that. The connection and bond you build with your client is an amazing feeling and them gaining the trust of a stranger like yourself is heartwarming to me. I love to help people and when it comes to caregivers I feel like some people don't have there heart in it, being a caregiver to me isn't just a check or someone I clean and cook for its a relationship. My mother and I wasn't ever really close until about two years ago when she was diagnosed with cancer, and those two years we came together and I'm so grateful for the time we had together while we could. She unfortunately passed away april of this year and it's been hard for me but coming back into the home health service I think will be a way of me carrying on for her to help others like she helped me.

I supported my father for 20 years until he passed 5 years ago ensuring he maintained his independence and lived life to the fullest. With a "can do" attitude and a passion to help others. People tell me I have the patience of an Angel. Dedicated, energetic and always with a smile ensuring confidentiality at all times.

I became a caregiver because I love to help and take care of people. I like being a caregiver because I get to meet different people and care for them in ways that I am needed. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I am able to go out and assist people with their needs and be a big help to the family as well as for the patient. I have been a CNA for 10 yrs and a Medication aide for 8yrs. I have also taken phelebotomy and EKG courses.

Patient and kind I listened to my patients needs and make sure everything is met to the best of my ability. I have always wanted to help others the way I would want my mom or grandma to be taken care of so I became a certified nurses assistant. My best achievement I am so proud of is going back to school to better mine and my kids lifes.
