What made me want to be a caregiver and take care of people was being able to for connections and friendships with them. i was my grandmothers caregiver for 2 years before getting into the health care and being able to make help and care for someone brightened up my day! being that i'm a very personable person i find it very easy to connect with new people. Seeing that i have made someone's day a little bit easier is what makes being a caregiver worth it !

I can literally make a joke out of bread and that's what makes my patients care about me the most because I can be myself. What attracted me to being a caregiver was taking care of my grandmother as my first client. I made such a big deal in her life and I wanted to do the same for others.
