I am looking for a full time long term live-in position. I am drug free, only drink socially and do NOT do drugs. I will relocate myself upon hire. Here's my short list: I am a 62 year old semi-retired Respiratory Therapist. I have my own vehicles. I am very organized and have lots of experience caring for people. Excellent cook, housekeeper and home organizer. I currently cook, clean and do laundry for my client in addition to his personal care and companionship. My current position is live-in with room and board and $525 per week salary. I work for myself on a cash basis. I lately worked as a live-in caregiver for an 88 year old who recently went into hospice care and has passed away, I currently work as a live-in Resident Assistant at an Adult Family Group Home for developmentally disabled. Prior to that, I was a personal assistant/housekeeper/cook for Racine's Case High School Principal (Wisconsin), until he moved to CA for health issues. Prior to that I was live-in Housekeeper/cook for a professional gay couple in Trevor, WI. I have tons of experience with children, and have a 35 year medical background. Also interested in positions in Ashland County, OH 44805 area and will re-locate for the right position. Please be aware of State Laws regarding live-in domestic care givers hours for work. There are time off requirements. 24 hours a day 7 days per week is not an expectation you should have. It's demanding work and all caregivers need time to recharge. I consider myself to be very compassionate, caring and supportive as a person. I have good communication skills and I always carry a positive attitude. Caregiving is a huge personal accomplishment for. The ability to be very resourceful help people gives me joy. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. My major accomplishment in caregiving is being able to make a difference in the life of people and cherishing those precious moments.

I have been a cna for about 8 years. I really like helping people and bringing a smile to there face. I like to make people happy and be there for them. At my current employer I work with different clients from kids to adults and everyone likes my work. I like to show people i care and sometimes go above and beyond of what I'm suppose to do.

I have always enjoyed caring for people of all ages. I love helping some one who is unable to care for them self or that is at a place in their life that the just need or want some assistance with cares, house keeping, daily living. I am proud of the fact that I had the opportunity to. Care for my grandmother so grandpa could get out and visit with others when grandma was not wanting to or was to ill. I am a wife , mother of son and a daughter, daughter with 3 brothers and grandmother of two wonderful boys. I have worked in the medical field for 25 plus years. And have loved being able to always help others.

I have been a medical professional for 30 years. I have been an RN for 22 with special training in critical care, medical/surgical and elderly care. I took care of two family members to avoid nursing home care until they were deceased. I work very well with people and have multiple letters of recommendation through physicians, patients and their families.

I became a Caregiver when my husband was ill with cirrhosis of the liver. I get such a huge lift by having the chance to give back to others in need. I am able to rely on past knowledge and education as part of the learning experience that led to my husbands pre-and post transplant recovery. I have a desire to rejoin the healthcare profession in any capacity available to me.
