And actually love meeting new people from different cultures and places. I actually became a caregiver when I had to take care of my grandfather at age 16 after my grandmother passed away. My grandparents actually raised me so I didn't mind giving my grandfather the care, love, and respect he showed me as I growing. I had to be his ears (he was completely deaf), did meal preparations, food shopping, laundry, and medication reminders. I was young didn't mind giving up chill time of my personal time to care for grandfather. I loved him very much! Took care of him until he passed Few years of me taking care of him. I went to school to be a home health aide. I thought why not do something I love to do anyway! That matched my personality and I can be me! I enjoy and love being the eyes, hands, and legs for others or what ever they may not be able to do I love being there to help! This is not just a job, this is my CALLING! MY LIFE!
