My "first career" consisted in working for the government for 18 years as a contacting officer, which I retired from in 2005. This did not fulfill my needs and passion to be in the healthcare community, which I always secretly longed to do. I pursued a education as a certified nursing assistant and have been in the healthcare field for 7 yrs. I especially love the diversity of taking care of all my patients. I am a great listener and have the passion and determination to treat everyone equally. I have a lot of patience and empathy and try to make all my patients as comfortable as possible. I will treat your loved ones as I would treat my own family. There is no other field of work that makes me feel as whole of a person as healthcare. I especially love to take care of the elderly, as they have so many interesting stories to tell of their lives.
