I have a calling & passion for serving those in need; especially the elderly population. My ongoing mission is to help them with continuum of life care their way, not mine. I'm committed to advocating and promoting their wants and needs on an individual basis. I've been a caregiver; predominantly in the private in home sector for 38 years. I look forward to serving many more years. I am thoroughly committed to providing & maintaing a safe and stress free environment for each aging client I purposefully love to be with and care for.

Personality traits: I try to put myself in the other person's shoes. I am a person of the highest integrity and dress in a professional manner. I know how to balance empathy and caring in such a way that as I care for the body, the mind and soul feels cared for as well giving a sense of comfort in knowing everything's going to be alright and they feel safe and secure. The thing that attracted me to being a care giver is, I like to "Help" people. I'm interested in the wisdom an elderly person has. I enjoy being a caregiver because helping others puts a smile on their face knowing they are safe and secure in my care at maybe their most vulnerable state. One personal achievement I am proud of is being excepted into the 2019 Strathmore's Worldwide Who's Who in my occupation as a Health Care provider. I have 15 years prior experience as a NA11. I've worked in agencies with Home Health and Hospice and in a skilled nursing facility. I have experience with every aspect that it takes to care for your loved one with over 20yrs. In all. The one thing that makes me a great care giver is I listen to their needs not my agenda and I love what I do.
