* Maintaining staff productivity by ensuring consistent assignment of clinic duties to staff during non-clinical hours. Assign administrative tasks or extra trainings for staff whose hours are temporarily decreased due to a patient cancellation. Provide productivity reports to direct supervisor weekly. * Collaborate with various departments to identify clinic specific hiring needs to ensure consistent staffing for learners.
