About Samuel

I became a caregiver in 2002 when my dad became terminally ill and could no longer care for himself so I decided that is what I wanted to do was take care of my father. So I went back to school and got my GED and CNA all in the same year. Since then I love what I do I just wish it paid more than what it does I think it takes someone very special to be a CNA or in the medical field. I like being a caregiver because I am a very caring person and I know how i felt when I was taking care of my dad i wanted the best and my opinion that was me no one else was good enough to take care of my dad so that makes you really stop and think about the person you are taking care of and it really makes you perform good care on them because the way I always see it is I think of that individual being my family. Being able to take care of my dad his last years on this earth was very special to me and a personal achievement that I will always cherish. I have been a CNA for 12 years and I love every bit of it I definitely have learned alot along the way. I have my license upon request for them so you can check me out on the NC registry.
