The majority of my career experience has been with Geriatric patients with some form of age onset Dementia. I have several years of psychiatric work experience in a state hospital setting. In the state facility, I worked with geriatric female patients exclusively. I believe what I do as a Nurse Aide is, simply put--a ministry. It's my calling. I receive as much enrichment from my patients as I give. I believe Seniors and Children are the most genuine of people. They are also the most vulnerable.
