All of my seniors have been very special to me. I cared for a retired captain for two years that was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I cared for a retired teacher that had a brain tumor for one year. I have also cared for a retired police officer for the last 4 years and he is currently on the transplant list to receive a liver. He has been in remission from leukemia for 26 years. For all of my seniors I have done light housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, assisted in bathing and dressing. I was blessed with the privilege of growing up with my grandparents and great-grandparents and have many beautiful memories of them all. I also helped them in later years with their day-to-day tasks. I am a huge animal lover. I have three rescue dogs and I'm currently fostering one that is going to be put up for adoption shortly.
