I am very patient laid back kinda person, very caring, kind, love to help others. I really enjoy helping others & putting a smile on their face also let them know someone cares and is listening to them. I can sit and listen to an elderly Person talk about his or her past and I truly enjoy letting them talk and i enjoy seeing them smile as they , Reminess about thier past memories. I love being a caregiver because I like letting them know they are not alone and that's its ok to need help with basic everyday needs, I love cleaning and helping them with whatever they need done. A personal achievement I'm proud of is breaking my shyness when i first meet a client, I'm a very quiet shy person. I get anxiety around new people but knowing that I'm there to care for and help that person I have to let the shyness go. Also I have alot of patience, so dementia & Alzheimers patients I usually can handle better than alot of ppl, I don't mind doing activities with them, such as puzzles, coloring, drawing, planting flowers. Ect
