I have worked in the health care field for 24 yrs I really enjoy working with older ppl they can teach us a lot .. my personality is caring and empathy and passion ,I like to treat older ppl with dignity and respect , and one day if I need someone I hope that they will be kind as well. Sitting with someone and listening to their stories adds so much to your day ,I guess the one thing that I have overcome is them dying , I don't like death, but I can at least deal with it now , it was a big fear but working in this field it does come .
