I've been working as a sales associate, working odd hours and always tired, so one day I decided to get my certificate and become a CNA. Since then, I realize that I like working with old people. It makes me happy to know that I helped get ready for the day and together we do activities together all through out the day to enhance their life. I am a good caregiver because i"ve been doing this humble profession for over 22yrs. though i had an 8 hrs job before, i still do it on a weekend or sometimes during the night if some clients will request. I love the elderly because for me they are the most interesting people to be with, no boring time being with the old community. They always have an interesting story to tell, sick or well they are still interesting, For me, I treat them as my own, some of them are worrier, some of them are lonely, some of them are happy go lucky but most of them just need our kindness and compassion. I am a good cook, i work in an organized and systematic manner with the application of proper technique and dedication. i see to it that the client will be properly taken care of. Most of all I give them my tender love and care , see to it that i treat them with respect and dignity.
