I believe I would be a great caregiver your family. I am passionate about building strong relationships with people, caring for them, and helping them set personal goals and having their needs met. For the last several years I have worked as an educator with Boston’s urban youth and families. Each year I developed a classroom management system that allowed students to develop the social and academic skills they needed to succeed in the classroom and in the world. I was also a Life Skills Coach to an Autistic young male adult. I assisted him with the skills necessary to be a positive part of his community in Allston, MA. I prepared him with the skills needed to live self-sufficiently by developing his social skills in the work environment using various behavioral plans with incentives. I feel that I am qualified for this position because of the experiences I have had in the Boston public school system, as well as my attention to detail, my focus and commitment, and my ability to work in a team environment. I have an ability to connect with adults and communicate openly with family members. My experience and skillset make me an excellent fit for a position.
