You think that you teach your children as they grow but he was the one who taught me so much about life. He taught me about patience, unconditional love, gentleness and compassion. An achievement that I am proud of is that I am the creator and General Chair of the North Carolina Golf Classic for Special Olympics Wake County. I've had 3 events raising more than $52,000.00 for this most deserving non-profit. I was a Regional Centre Director for Jenny Craig for over 10 years.
