I enjoy spending time with others and hearing them tell stories. I care about the individual and he or she feels important and needed. I have pleasant personality, talkative, and doing my job is important to me. I my want client to be happy. I think that having some one who cared about other people with disabilities and our seniors is what caught my interest. My youngest children had a disability and I saw how important it was for them to have an individual to stand up for them an look out for their well being. I find their company being most enjoyable. My most personal achievement is working with a autism 14 year old on toileting needs and him learning how to go to the toilet and getting out of pull-ups.
