As a CNA I am under the supervision of a Med Tech and I report any problems or worsening in a residents condition to my Med Tech. I always put my residents needs and wants first in my job. We worked as a team at Save A Lot so if something needed done and I was trained to do it then we all pulled together and got the job done and made sure everyone was happy.
