What attracted me to become a caregiver? I always enjoyed helping family members and neighbors growing up and it continued as I grew older. Started with babysitting, cleaning houses, laundry & cooking with family members gave me this sense of happiness and feeling I couldn't remember ever having when I tried working other jobs as I got older and became a parent/wife I got that sense of happiness back and knew that helping those in need was where I belonged. I went back to school to get certified as well agencies to get more in depth experience I even worked at hospitals and nursing homes in housekeeping/laundry departments so I could get my foot in the door to learn more about caring for those in need regardless of their conditions.
