My credentials include but aren't limited to over 3 decades working to provide seniors with unmatched continuum life care services. Safety and honoring every individuals dignity is my priority. My personality trait is that I'm a very genuine person and I love people. What attracted me to being a caregiver was being able to be there for someone's loved one when they can't. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the joy I can bring to not only the client but their family as well. My personal achievement that I am proud of is getting my Associates degree while being a mother and a wife.

I currently care for my mentally disabled sister in law. I also cared for my mother in law providing her with respite care. I am not new to caregiving. I am a very hardworking caregiver. I have been doing this kind of work for 24 years and am very passionate at what I do. I'm a good listener and try to give each person their own independence and help when needed or asked. I have a sense of humor and love to make my people happy and laugh. I love being able to be there for others. A personal achievement I am proud of is moving to North Carolina from Pennsylvania away from my family and doing it all on my own. I am a people person and a nurturer by heart. This is what called me into the nursing profession. I am a mother of 3 and also a cancer survivor. These 2 things alone have molded me into a more patient, kind, and grateful individual. I have worked in healthcare for 21 years and I come packed with experience.

I am a kind and caring person. I love providing care for anyone that can't care for themselves or just needing companionship. With my 5 years of being a caregiver I grow to love doing what I do. Knowing I'm helping someone that can put a smile on there face is why I love doing what I do. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is meeting new and interesting people.

I'm an outgoing person that has the common sense to respect others. I believe on treating others the way you want to be treated. In some instances that hasn't always been reciprocated, but my professionalism, de-escalationabilities and problem solving skills have allowed me to always provide courteous professional service to others. Being a Caregiver is pretty much second nature to me. I have acted as a Caregiver since I was nine years old Assisting elderly grand parents. In high school I studied Allied Health Science and later became a Nursing Assistant. I loved it. Every day was a new challenge and completing each challenge was its own reward. Although I would have to say that. I thought it was awesome that a gentleman stopped me in the grocery store to tell me thank you for saving his life. He said continuing to do CPR until help arrived although everyone else walked away saved his life. All I could do was think about how bad felt knowing that guy died

I am currently in school to be an Registered Nurse I graduate December 2023. I love making my patients feel loved and my duty is to improve the quality of their health. I am willing to learn and my priority is to provide effective care.
