I'm a very outgoing and ambitious young woman. I love working work with people and forming new bonds as a caregiver. Helping people has always been something I've been good at which is why I enjoy doing what I do. I am also in the United States Army Reserve. I was taught discipline, organization, leadership, loyalty and most of all how to be a team player which has helped me while working in the medical field.

* What are your personality traits or expertise that help you be a great caregiver. I enjoy interacting and investing time in the clients hobbies and interests. I have given all levels of care, from elderly (including but not limited to Dementia) to disabled, and TBI individuals. I have been a medication technician in several previous postions, as well. * What attracted to you being a caregiver? The diversity of the clientele and the needs they have. I find that I easily connect with the people I work with because I listen and can adapt to each individual and their needs. * What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? Spending quality time and making my clients feel as independent as possible. Such as achieving goals, running an errand, making a meal together or even something small. If it makes them smile and helps them that means the world to me because I assisted in making that happen. * What is a personal achievement you are proud of? My children. My greatest achievement is how well they've grown. Helping them become the people they are. Seeing them progress and having them tell me about how they've used what I have taught them to succeed. I like to inform my clients and their families ahead of time: I have colored hair (currently pink and purple), a nose piercing and modest visible tattoos. I'm happy to wear long sleeves and/or a mask if it makes anyone uncomfortable. My pay is definitely flexible. The app would not allow me to leave it blank.
